Sump Pump Failure In Basement

A customer in East Columbus experienced an unexpected sump pump failure due to all of the heavy rains moving its way through the city. With the heavy amount of rain coming down, their sump pump just couldn't keep up causing the basement to flood, with water up to a half of an inch.

SERVPRO of Northwest Columbus' construction division removed the affected carpet that could not be saved along with removing drywall two feet up the wall.
